By accessing and using the SourceCutt website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

SourceCutt provides software engineering, web development, and creative media services. Specific project terms and deliverables are outlined in individual client agreements.

3. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all source code, designs, and media created by SourceCutt remain the intellectual property of SourceCutt until full payment is received, at which point ownership transfers to the client as specified in the project agreement.

4. Limitation of Liability

SourceCutt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
